Our current projects address some of the most pressing journalism- and media-related issues of the day and ask broad questions that get to the heart of the Center’s mission, including: What do journalists do in different contexts and what purposes do they serve? How do our communication practices and information infrastructures support and impede our ability to take effective action in response to dire problems like the climate crisis? And what are the origins and nature of our current crisis of disinformation?
